I am starting this review by saying it took me longer to write this review from date of install than it took Mena Stone Surfaces to do a home visit, measure, fabricate, and install our kitchen countertops. We are very satisfied with Mena's product, excellent customer service, and the best prices. We decided to get our new countertops in between holidays and we did not think we would get them before Christmas. However, Mena delivered and was able to get the job done so quickly and without sacrificing the quality of the install. We really love our new quartz countertops and we definitely recommend this company, they really exceeded our expectations. And don't forget to review their service because this is how we found them, five starts says a lot!!! ~ Lina L

Mena Stone Surfaces was a dream team to work with! We needed to refresh our bathroom countertop with something less dated, from contacting them to install it took less than 2 weeks for the work to be completed. What I enjoyed the most was the responsiveness of staff. There was no waiting around, they are prompt in their communications. Second, their installers are excellent!!! They matched up the veins of the backsplash to the main counter to make it look more fluid. It was a flawless install. Further, they cleaned up every place they walked, and laid down flooring protectant. They took their time and were extremely respectful of our property. Lisette and her team were outstanding! She went out of her way to call us to double check on our selection and thankfully steered us away from making a bad decision (picking marble for a kitchen). Anyone can carry out a service order but going out of your way to help guide your clients is what distinguished Mena Stone for us. Cathy was very easy to reach and made to to respond quickly to any concerns or questions. On the day of the installation, Jose and Pedro worked tirelessly until 7pm. It was clear they cared about their work and wanted to make sure quality was top notch. Even at the end of the long day, I asked Jose to touch up something and he was more than happy to do it. The thing I love the most about this business is that it is FAMILY owned! Lizette knew exactly what I was looking for in my countertops and within a few days was able to find what I wanted!! They installed the countertops on the promised date and Daniel and his assistant cleaned as they worked and left NO mess for me to clean up! Then when I called to let them know that there was a sticky substance on the countertops they actually came over on a Sunday to make sure the countertops were perfect for the Thanksgiving holiday! What company would work on a Sunday to please their customers?!?! I would highly recommend them for any job in your home! They want to make sure you are satisfied with their work and their product!! Daniel and Noe at Mena were fantastic! Daniel was patient with us through the process as we decided exactly what we wanted, rolled with the changes as we went along with no problem whatsoever, gave us good advice when maybe we were making decisions that might not look so great and gave us other options. Noe’s work on our tile was fantastic, great attention to detail and great craftsmanship. More than anything they were just great to deal with which makes all the difference in the world. As we drew to a close on one project we continued to find more and more for them to do, which should tell you all you need to know. We found Mena Stone Surfaces through a Google search of countertop installers in our area. We are soooo glad we found them because it has been a delight working with this family team. First we had our kitchen countertops, backsplashes, and bar-front tile installed. Then our laundry room countertop & sink. And now our two bathrooms have new countertops and sinks. All along, the installation was quick and professional. Jose and team were able to take out two very larger mirrors before installing the countertops, and then reinstalling the mirrors without breakage. Very patient and deliberate work. Amazing!! We hope to use them for further bathroom updating, including tub removal and walk-in shower install. Their prices were fair and reasonable, and we loved working with them on these projects. Lizzette is a true professional and has extensive experience and expert knowledge of the various granite and quartz products that are available from Mena Stone Surfaces. Lizzette made an on-site visit to our home to obtain our ideas of the granite that would best meet our needs. Lizzette made herself available and worked extensively with my wife to pick the best granite product that would compliment our kitchen remodeling. For the whole kitchen countertop installation process, from the material selection, order placement, to the final installation, Mena Staff were superb (extremely professional, respectful, and responsive). I am so happy that I found Mena Stone! I needed a replacement for a small bathroom vanity countertop and using a remnant piece of quartz that Mena had available was the perfect solution! From the time I made my first phone call until my vanity top was installed was less than 1 week! With the custom sizing and cuts they made to the quartz the cost was comparable to buying a ready-made vanity top (not custom) from a big box store and the quality is so much better. They are amazing!!!! We added a mini bar in our counter top. Along the building process we had to work with different vendors and Mena Stones was by far the BEST!!!! Lizette was so patient with us and guided us into picking the right stone for our project. They then came out and installed it, just a few days later!! So pleased with our experience with them and customer service was excellent, to include meetings and service updates via text message. Mena Stone! Where have you been all my life! We have had many different companies put stone in our house renovation but this company is head and shoulders above the rest of the companies we have dealt with in the past!! We had a wonderful experience with Mena Stone Surfaces! I needed a bathroom vanity countertop and was able to order it and pick it up within a couple of days. I was able to make all arrangements via phone call/texts, which made it so easy with a busy schedule. They were very responsive and accommodating. Great This is the first time I felt it is worthy of my time to post a review. First and foremost, thank you Liz, Cathy and the team for assisting me with my kitchen project. I discovered Mena through searching online and reading the reviews. The first time I went to the design studio I knew I was at the right place. Liz was very patient with my inability to make decisions and took her time and didn't try to over-sale me. I met with Cathy when she had just started at Mena and any would have thought she worked there for years. The installers were precise and took their time. Even when I decided to have another sink installed after the countertops were put in, Liz and Cathy worked with me to correct the issue I caused and were so gracious about it. The customer service never missed a bit. I did a lot of research, received multiple quotes from various companies and I am grateful I chose Mena. Mena Stone Surfaces has been one of our best experiences with a home service company in San Antonio. They helped us cut out a bigger opening in our pre-existing island countertop. There team was timely, profession, and very skilled. They even helped us install the new cooktop! USE MENA STONE!!! I don't even have all the words to express how wonderful they are! Someone asked me one time whether or not I had trouble with Mena Stone personnel not showing up and I have to tell you the truth, not one time did they not show up when they said they would, and we are way out in PipeCreek!!! The workmanship is superb! I gutted my kitchen and one of my bathrooms and both are gorgeous. We removed the floor of another bathroom because it wouldn't drain. Noe is an artist/tile guy! He did a wonderful job on all of my tile work! It's beautiful, especially my huge tile behind my stove top! I'm in heaven with that! Liz, the owner, has a degree in interior design and helped me with some of my choices. Jose, her construction manager, would walk around with a vacuum attached to his hip if he could!! They are SUPER careful and honestly, fun to be around! If anyone wants to hear from me personally, ask Liz and she will contact me and I'll tell you all about it! They were the first company I called and so glad I did. They fixed the opening for the new stove on the spot by grinding a little of the granite that was put on 22 yrs ago (by another company) so it was straight and the range would slide in. Mena Stone Surfaces is the BEST! I found them when doing a search online for a specific color for my bar counter top when we were remodeling the kitchen.
